'Cartman Gets An Anal Probe' was actually the pilot episode for the series.... The Spirit of Christmas is not the pilot, but a short originally made as a video Christmas card. It came out before the pilot episode, and this version (the Jesus Vs. Santa) is actually a remake of an older short (Jesus Vs. Frosty).
